MARISOL® hyalo nasal spray solution is a medical device based on a hypertonic sea salt solution with the addition of hyaluronic acid and dexpanthenol that moisturizes, regenerates and protects dry and irritated nasal mucosa, while reducing nasal congestion.
Thanks to the effects of its ingredients, MARISOL® hyalo nasal spray solution is also used for softening crusts in the nose and their easier elimination. MARISOL® hyalo nasal spray solution gently cleans the nasal cavities and facilitates breathing. It restores natural moisture to dry nasal mucosa, which restores the physiological function of mucus and cilia and eliminates unwanted particles from the nasal mucosa. The proper functioning of the mucociliary barrier and transport system plays an important role in the defense of the respiratory tract against infectious agents from the external environment.
1 mL of solution contains:
23.46 mg (2.3%) of sea salt
0.4 mg (0.04%) sodium hyaluronate
20.4 mg (2%) dexpanthenol
Auxiliary substances: preservative: benzalkonium chloride (0.1 mg/mL); purified water

Hypertonic solution
(with 2.3% sea salt)

reduces the swelling of mucous membranes and allows decongestion of the upper respiratory tract.
The hypertonic solution removes excess fluid from the cells of the nasal mucosa thanks to its osmotic effect, enabling mechanical cleaning, reducing the swelling of mucous membranes and decongesting the upper respiratory tract. There are no restrictions regarding the length of application of sea salt based solutions, because these solutions do not damage the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and do not lead to tolerance.

Hyaluronic acid

forms a protective film on the nasal mucosa that allows for efficiently and long-term prevention of the loss of moisture from the tissue and stimulates the regeneration of the nasal epithelium.

Dexpanthenol
(in a concentration of 2%)

intensely moisturizes and soothes the mucous membrane of the nose and stimulates the process of its epithelization, which achieves a rapid restoration of the natural protective barrier, thus reducing the possibility of penetration by microorganisms.

MARISOL® Hyalo nasal spray solution is recommended:
- For the treatment of dry, irritated and damaged nasal mucosa
- For stuffy nose, colds and rhinitis of allergic or non-allergic origin
- As an adjunct to therapy with nasal vasoconstrictors, corticosteroids and antihistamines
- During travel and when staying in rooms with central heating and air conditioning
- In cases of snoring caused by dryness of the nasal mucosa
- Instructions for use: Apply one to two doses of the spray into each nostril. The spray can be used two to three times a day, as needed.
- Store in original packaging, in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C. Store the bottle in an upright position, tightly closed, out of the reach of children.
