EsenBak® S. Boulardii is a dietary supplement based on Saccharomyces boulardii, the only probiotic yeast with clinically proven efficacy in the prevention and treatment of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders of various etiologies.
Thanks to the presence of 5 billion coloniform units of S. boulardii in one capsule, EsenBak® S. Boulardii effectively reduces the duration of diarrhea, alleviating the accompanying symptoms.
S boulardi achieves its positive health effects through various mechanisms. In addition to having a beneficial effect on the structure of the intestinal microbiota, it also shows antimicrobial activity, preventing pathogens from colonizing the intestinal mucosa, but also reduces or completely cancels the effect of various toxins. Also, S. It is recommended:
- To establish the balance of the intestinal microflora
- In acute infectious diarrhea (viral gastroenteritis, traveler’s diarrhea, enterohemorrhagic and enteropathogenic coli infections, parasitic intestinal infections)
- In antibiotics-induced diarrhea
- To prevent clostridium diarrhea (Clostridium difficile)
